The Aurel Steinert Foundation has set itself the goal of promoting the values of its namesake.
These are
- rules-based international understanding,
- the ecological transformation and
- gender equality.
The foundation wants to promote these values in a targeted and timely manner, especially in the training situation, because this is exactly where Aurel Steinert was able to live them and commit himself to them. And that in turn gave him his own charisma and strength.
The Aurel Steinert Foundation therefore specifically supports projects at schools, universities (and in the workplace) that aim to empower all those affected:
- our young people,
- our schools,
- our trainees,
- our students,
- and our universities.
Specifically, we use grants to support start-ups with an ecological impact, the dissemination of the Model United Nations simulation game and initiatives to promote girls and women in education and business.
We want to create opportunities and spaces in which young people and young adults can become stronger and gain self-confidence and knowledge.
To enable them to do one thing: to act.
Because only sound knowledge and self-confidence give you the confidence to publicly express your opinion on solutions and work constructively to make this world a little bit better.
